Anya curiously surveilling her surroundings. This is a frequent state for her between 9pm and 6am. Lindsey is a champ keeping her company through the latest watches of the night. As for me, I offer the occassional word of encouragement and quickly fall back asleep.

lindsey here with a correction to this post: Sean was the champ in those early months, rocking Anya to sleep, talking to her quietly, bringing her to me so I could nurse her and then returning her to her cradle, cuddling with her for hours in the lazy boy downstairs or the couch upstairs, changing diapers in the middle of the night...I'm sure there is more but I'll stop here. As for me, I slept, and slept, and slept, and slept......
